RETURN DURATION
Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Any products sent back for return after this period will not be accepted.
RESTOCKING FEE
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your product reaches us safely.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Used or installed products will not be accepted.
The product should be in its original condition with all components intact.
Ensure the product is packed in its original packaging to protect it during transit.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Refunds and exchanges are only processed after the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, confirming its new, unused state. Customers must ensure that their return aligns with our criteria to qualify for a refund. We will not accept returns that are shipped to us without prior communication. No exceptions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, allow up to 5 business days for the approval and processing of your refund. Once processed, it might take an additional 3 – 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company. All refunds will revert to the original payment method.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
Inspect your package upon delivery to verify the product’s correctness, completeness, and condition. If you find any damages incurred during transit, missing parts, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at info@kermodeoverland.com. Kindly provide photos of the damaged items, the order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will collaborate with you to address and resolve the issue swiftly.
