Returns and Refunds Policy:
15-Day Return Window: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note, returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We will process refunds and exchanges only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and verified to be in a new and unused condition. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returns meet our criteria.
Unauthorized returns, or returns without prior communication, will not be accepted.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for the review and approval of your return. Once approved, refunds may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Refunds: All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package(s) for any signs of damage or missing/wrong components. If you find any issues, contact us immediately at info@kermodeoverland.com with photos of the damage, your order number, and details of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
