Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, except for electronics, which must be returned within 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-returnable items
- Roof Top Tents: Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns of roof top tents.
- Used Blankets: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used blankets.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within two weeks, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
