Warranty Coverage:
Kermode Overlanding stands behind the quality of its products. We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all our products, covering any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Examples of normal wear and tear include scuffs, scratches, abrasions, faded colors, and discoloration from exposure to the sun. The warranty also does not cover products that have been modified or altered in any way.
How to Claim the Warranty:
To make a warranty claim, please return the product either in person or by shipping it back to us. The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We recommend contacting our customer service team before returning the product to initiate the claim process and to discuss the best way to send your product back.
